You may begin all Hop On Hop Off tours whenever you like - there is no need to contact us to change the date. Other tours and activities (except Alcatraz) are changeable based on availability, if you contact us at least 72 hours before the date of departure. Alcatraz tour dates are not changeable.
The specific redemption instructions will be stated on your voucher for each individual product. For our Hop On Hop Off Tours you can also redeem your voucher at 99 Jefferson Street, San Francisco, CA, 94133.
If you bought your ticket through our website, you can show the e-ticket on your phone or tablet. However, if you purchased from any other website or travel agent, you will be required to present a printed voucher.
