The Wine Country & Redwoods Tour combines two of California’s famous attractions in the Russian River Region: Armstrong Redwoods and the Wine Country!
You will visit two superb wineries (wine tasting fees are included) and get to walk around some of the talles Redwood trees in the world.
Start your day with a scenic drive across the world-famous Golden Gate Bridge before roaming through the Russian River region for your first visit at a well-known winery where you can sample the famous California wine. After exploring the winery and picking up soem snacks or lunch (not included), we will continue to indulge into a true nature oasis, teh Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve.
Once you arrive at the woods, you can chose to enjoy the park for approx. 1.5 hours and explore the gentle walking trails within the beautiful nature. Or you can chose to leave afetr 45 minutes and wander around the picturesque downtown Guerneville with its unique and tradtional shops.
In the afternoon, you will enjoy another wine tasting at Russian River Vineyards with its award-winning wines where you can also relax while drinking wine and overlooking the enchanting vineyards. They also have a restuarnt with delicious food, if you feel like grabbing a bite here (not included).
At each location, you can explore the vineyards and take pictures.
At the end of the day, head back to San Francisco through Sebastopol and you can indulge in the various views of the California Countryside. Maybe you can even catch the captivating sunset that the Bay Area is known for.
